Role of the Site

Iosco County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It has no authority over the Iosco County Sheriff’s Office, Iosco County Jail, Michigan Department of Corrections, courts, or any other public office. The site does not hold official government records. It cannot verify present custody, authorize or carry out a release, change a case, submit a government filing, or give instructions to an agency on a visitor’s behalf.

Its content points toward public inmate and jail record channels that may serve Iosco County and toward outside research tools. Those links are offered as navigation aids. Any official confirmation must come from the office or system that created and maintains the record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is permitted only when it is lawful and does not interfere with the site, another person, or an outside service. By using the site, you agree that you will not:

• Break any applicable law or help another person do so
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Seek access to accounts, data, code, or systems without authorization
• Operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools

No Consumer Reports

Iosco County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through the site. You agree that site content and linked results will not be used for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Housing approval, lease decisions, or tenant screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act

Third-Party Websites

Links may lead to release records, Sheriff or jail pages, Michigan corrections resources, government portals, legal-information resources, advertising, or outside search services. Iosco County Released Inmates does not operate those destinations and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, data use, accuracy, security, or availability. A link does not amount to an endorsement. Review the destination’s own terms and policies before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its content, and its tools are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. No promise is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• The absence of errors, defects, bugs, or security weaknesses
• The range or completeness of a partner’s search results

Custody status, release information, court entries, and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Iosco County Sheriff’s Office, Iosco County Jail, Michigan Department of Corrections, a court, or another government agency. Confirm material with its originating office.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Iosco County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, content partners, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site, its content, an advertisement, or an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Iosco County Released Inmates, along with its owners, operators, partners, and service providers, from claims, losses, obligations, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your site use, your misuse of information, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a source or owner is identified otherwise, the site’s original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Iosco County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, alter, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission. Rights in government records and outside materials remain with their respective owners.

Revisions to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be changed at any time. A revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continued access or use after posting signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Suspension or Termination

Michigan Governing Law
