Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Iosco County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receives the query so it can process the requested search, and its privacy practices govern that processing.
Emails and Contact Messages
Information included in an email or contact submission is retained as needed to read the message, prepare a response, and maintain the related correspondence. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal demand.
Technical Visit Information
Routine technical details may be recorded automatically when a page loads. This data helps operate the site, measure its use, and diagnose faults. The collected details may include:
- The internet protocol address used for the visit
- The browser name and version
- The device category and operating system
- The pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- The date and time tied to a request
Cookie Use
Cookies and similar browser storage may help show how visitors move through the site and which features they use. Most browsers allow cookies to be limited or blocked through their settings. Disabling them may cause certain tools or page functions to work differently.

Any such tracking takes place through the provider’s systems and is subject to that provider’s policies, rather than being stored as a local search log by Iosco County Released Inmates.

The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent, guardian, or affected person believes a minor submitted personal data, a deletion request may be sent through the Contact Us page.

Subject to applicable law and the ability to verify the request, a visitor may ask to exercise these choices regarding personal information held directly by Iosco County Released Inmates:
